just throw ur tata sky stb, its useless. they have no planning and are unable to serve customers properly as they cannot meet the demands of the customers

At this point I've waited patiently enough and agree with Dino. Tata Sky even does not have the courtesy to let their subscribers know what's going on. This is a consumers market and people who want service will eventually move where they get it.
