It is possible bhatji...

Long time back tajik package ran on abs1.. which was a split tp.
They haf mentioned it on their site as well.

Also.. sr can be decreased.. only upper limit is defined... say a 54 mhz tp capacity wud have carrier bandwidth of 100.
This 54 mhz cant be increased..
But it can be equivalent to 36 mhz tp... and hence sr can be adjusted from...say 45000 to 30000 etc.

Adding SR will be depending according to its usage.. so its upto provider ... I never seen a split KU Band TP... is that was beam shift from other side ? anyway if u confirm then its fine..
