No Audio and Video

There is no audio in few channels and there is no video in some HD channels. If I press any HD channel which has no video then I have to restart stb to get video for other channels. Can anybody help.

Does the problem resolved automatically or you did some changes. I am still facing the same problem.

My stb got ota update and now the problem is resolved.
