1)First option, I cant do that. I am busy with regular work
2) I just confirmed for HD DVR no premier club membership
3)When i called CC, They gave a weird answer that only now and next programme will come thats it...!!!
When i asked what is the use of DVR then,
she replied its for High quality.. nothing else..
I asked do you know abbreviation of DVR??
She replies : Sir DVR is for high quality
I got very much irritated n asked for a technical advisor to speak.she kept me on hold for 1min and told Engineer will come and see..
Lets see what happens..
but I already had a word with engineer 2 days back who came to my house for replacement of my DVR ( my dvr has been replaced as old DVR stopped working) ,he told there is no software update provided to hime. He is arguing that NEw DVR installed to me ie 4614 has no latest software .. he told that only what is installed (download is 44) is the latest...

CC raised a complaint , i dont know how problem will be solved.
He may visit today or tomorrow.
Only way out is update software i guess..
but i strongly suspect the service engineer would be clue less regarding software upgrade. he told me he has only updates for HD boxes. Unless some higher service support team steps in I have no resolution.
I have to waste may time fighting with d2h guys for their stupidity.
Pathetic is that I have spoken to 3 CC excecutives.. when i ask them EPG is not coming, There is asking is it Mosaic ???wall
I really wonder whether I am stupid calling it EPG.is it any other name to call it?
I finally reliazed even my service engineer who installed my replaced DVR last week even dont know what is meant by EPG .wall
