No picture/video over/via HDMI after software update

Hello,

1) CC is not an option as box is not in India (bought through a dealer)
2) Tried 3 x HDMI cables on 2 X different model LCD's
3) Download ID 18
4) Where is HDMI Settings in menu all I can see is 4:3 modes and HD Resolution options

Now what are my options?

I think the problem in with the new software update.So I think there is no solution for this.

Yes from Settings menu (if you are asking about that one)

I think factory reset doesnt help as the existing SW is the present Factory settings itself . it doesnt roll back to the SW of older one.

That's why I was asking for a force software update etc.

As I mentioned box is not in India so anyone help me in this regard? contacting any CC and ask them to force SW update?

Brother,

2222 box latest id yet not released to all customers is 19.

So as a last try email them u want id 19.This id is given to customers in India experiencing problems with 2222 box.

I think this will solve the problem.
