No picture/video over/via HDMI after software update :angry

Can anyone let me know how to force update the software or revert it to old version. :wall

It is working over RCA/RGB but not via HDMI.

Videocon D2H 3D :hd STB: 2222

We can not manually update the software, call CC for help...

Try with another HDMI Cable
or
Check the settings in Menu. HDMI connection might not be enabled.

D2H having lot of errors in new software updation.we cant do anything for this simply call to CC and tell about this problem.Engineer will come he will exchange STB and will give new STB if he will solve this problem.Not only you many customers facing this problem.

Hello,

1) CC is not an option as box is not in India (bought through a dealer)
2) Tried 3 x HDMI cables on 2 X different model LCD's
3) Download ID 18
4) Where is HDMI Settings in menu all I can see is 4:3 modes and HD Resolution options

Now what are my options?

I am not using D2H So cant say about how the Menu works..
D2H users may help u on this..
