Seeking Help No signal error on Tata Play

After changing some channels i get popup of no single for 2 to 5 second and then channel was starts working. I face this problem first day of my new set up box and I have tata play hd new box.
And point to notice is my single strength is above 80 and single quality is also above 80 percent.
And the new tata play ui is so bad my experience with tata sky is good but with tata play is bad
Please help me guys..
