Seeking Help Technical issues on tata play

Hi guys if anyone experience black volume dialog Box on tata play whenever star sports network goes live with any cricket matches it's happening from 9months after they introduced star sports pro with left arrow key button it's still happening sometimes they solve day after match sometimes they just leave it there the problem is on SS1,SS2,SS1K,SS1H & also on hd channels is this just mine or everyone having issues they issue is also on some other star network channels like Star maa music,Star suvarna 1 kannada news channel now rebranded as Republic kannada so I tried to contact them from 1 year still issue has not solved it just loose control of volume while it's on black dialog Box you can check

Most of the star channels have some issues asianet hd channel is one of them it is having blurry picture motion in between programmes like daily soaps after they revamped the logo i had email them about the issue but yet not any reply from them
