Since the new TRAI rules are implemented some of Tata Sky users are not getting Transactions History. Previously Transaction History of each month was automatically sent to registered Email ID. But now no one has answer why Transactions history is not available.
Contacted CC numerous times but they literally don't know what's happening. After keeping me waiting for more than 15 minutes they raise a new complaint. Within 2 days They send history till February 2019 to email ID and close the complaint.
App and website says No Transaction History generated after February, But Why? April will end today and still we haven't got Transactions history of March??
