I get feb statement in march 27th (I think) so It takes more than a month time, it will get generated. Your feb statement should show new TRAI/broadcaster packs if you have chosen pack in feb 2019.

I got February statement on 28 March. CC says that statements are Generated on 21st of each month. Yes February statement has broadcaser packs
