Bro, Don't take it hurt. I am also a lover of Sun Direct's picture and audio quality and their good services.
In certain things their policy is not good. Eg : It never adds rival channels like Puthuyugam, Polimer TV, Polimer News etc. And they are very slow and cautious in adding HD channels. Otherwise they are good.
