not getting channels.....

pls help me guys........in today morning all channels were working fine but now when i switched on the tv star plus and all general entertainment channels showing channel not subscribed but i have 6 months of super gold pack which i recharged in this month and all hindi movies channels showing signal not available and on music channels some other channels are apperaring like on mtv lcn i am getting btv and on 9x jalwa i am getting star jalsha i had done factory reset many times but problem is not solved.....pls help me guys...........

flug off ur dish wire. and then plug it on wait for couple of mins. If the problem presists turn to home channel and then call customer care. Make sure in ur surrodings climate is gud. Means no raining.... Welcome note: welcome to our ddf forum bro.

no i think its a new software my box were update two times from the date i purchased d2h.......and tipl now i am not getting d2h logo and no menu is apperaing only volume bar and information bar is aperaing.........
