I don't know what happened to them after the brand transition! They were the de facto standard in the DTH industry of India. Now it seems that all that glory is slowly fading away. Customer focus has gone downhill in a year or so.
Don't know how much monetization is required more? These inconveniences are ruining the end user experience.
Petition is the last resort it seems!!!
Tataplay is known for this kind of transition issues... In the period of 2007-11
Also, they faced this kind of struggles... Like... Continously dropping channels, expensive packs, issues with zee Turner..
, tatasky +hd box complaints, gsat 10 issue...
Same things happening again launching of binge new service so, they are transition to a new phase, bad binge hardware, not adding channels as fast as before... Gsat 24 issue...
I hope they will bounce back soon...
*Gsat 24 is launching and Tataplay binge app is launching in TV's so, mostly binge services will reach more subscribers easily...
*they introduced visiting charges again so, it will help in the improvement of service visits.
*and this irritating promotion strategies will be stopped once they reached some more binge subs.. And also nto 2.0 will make customers to choose dpo packs mostly so, it will help operators to improve arpus
