What a judgement by the court. no one loses. But frankly it is a loss for Trai and consumers. As broadcasters still the got power to form bouquest as they wish without offerring much discounts. Instead of having few channels, broadcaster will put many channels in a bouquet to inflate the price. Only good thing is that pay channel part of bouquet can not be more than Rs 12 so if bouquet is not attractive. consumer will go for al a carte.

If pricing of à la carte cannot exceed ₹12. Will pricing of bouquet decrease as well?

so, when we start experiencing more channels with same prices....or price reduction? from DTH companies.

It will depend on the new RIO with different broadcasters and the operators . Will take at least 6 months I guess.

but why 6 months time. already 3 or 4 broadcasters implemented. Others also may have calculated the prices before 1 year back itself.
