For software update use factory 1.but as I said mine was updated using factory reset.

Not sure bro I didnt try first of all iam outside india didnt want to try any experiments. As calling CS from here not possible.

Bro when I select software update option in dish nxt hd then software update menu comes.In that two option are there-
1.Factory 1
2.User
What is use of user option?

Do factory reset and check. Mine was updated that way.

Please go to seeting then STB info then STB info and above CA info there is software version mentioned. Please tell me that software version
