D2h is delaying HD channels addition as they want to maximise the profits .
They simply wait till Tatasky increase their rates as they add more HD channels within short period.
I believe d2h can add these HD channels at once if they believe they could reap more profits !

As per the list of permitted channels on 31-05-3015.., they are using fox crime license for sms hd. . you can check in mib website for confirmation
