Its an upside down installation of d dish. This is possible.

What is d elevation of d satellite at ur place ?

For an inverted dish, when dish is vertical to d plane, it makes an angle of -22 degrees

This, -22 is the angle of offset arm of ur dish. ( this can vary, can be 16, 22, 28)

I m assuming, its 22.

In order to achieve an elevation of 20 degrees on an upside down dish, U have to set an elevation of 42 degrees ( -22 to 0 degrees, and then from 0 degrees to 20 degrees ), so total, 22+20 = 42 degrees :k
