a new channel ollywood tv in dish tv which is added in dish tv few days back is currently not available in dish tv/scrambled

is it also not available to others?

Yaa;I'm also not getting it since last evening ....now Rainbow color bars shown and below DishTV message scrolling saying that "the service will be resumed shortly"...I think downlink problem...oops:
