Cpu same speed as Amiko & Oenpbox-6

I personally must like their media playback which has almost all media control like AVI, MKV, MPG, TS, WMA, WMV, M2TS, FLV, DAT, ASF, MP3.
Now, I am very careful about (Made mistake in SOLID box)
It has Conax Embedded Card Reader, so can it will read Dish TV card or not I am afraid.
