OTT app on tata play binge

Hello members, I am using tata play binge plus box since two months as I have a CRT tv i purchased this box... And I am using some apps seamlessly like YouTube and Disney plus hotstar
But some apps like zee5 sony live and apple tv showing errors all the time none of content is working and they are the part of my binge plus pack still content is not playing I am attaching the photos of error too.
Netflix account is my personal account I'd which I login in the box and in Netflix few content is playing but all the new content and series showing error (tvq-pb)
I have uninstall the app and reinstall them and clear the cache files too restarting the box many times but this is not working.
I complaint to their coustomer care representative 4 days ago they called me daily and they only told we are working on the issue to get them resolved. It's a 4 day and they can't identify the error
Pls member I request to you pls share some solutions with me thank you
 
I am so disappointed by the members of this forum... I was hoping someone will help me as coustomer support of tata play is pathetic.
I think here there are only few members who keep editing and reply only for each other
And they just ignore new members like me no one helped and even no one reply to my problem

First of all, you are not a new member. As per your profile you joined 4 yrs ago. It was your choice to remain silent all these years. How many members have you tried to help in these 4 yrs? You never tried to engage in the discussions and build conversation / rapport with fellow members. But you want everyone else to help you when you have an issue. You need to reassess where the problem lies. I really don't see any problem with our members here.

Secondly, you never shared any screenshot or any error messages/codes which might be helpful to identify the problem and answer you.

Coming to your issue with the ott apps, I believe it must be something related to the compatibility of the latest technology with your CRT TV which works on an old tech. Your TV might not be supporting latest tech like HDR, dolby vision, dolby atmos etc. So try to change the audio and video settings on the app to the ones which is supported by the TV. Especially you might have to change the audio to stereo as your TV might not be supporting 5.1 or newer. And content which do not have stereo audio will definitely throw some errors.

Try to share the screenshots so that the exact problem can be identified.
 
tvq-pb error on Netflix is most certainly related to the device not being able to output Dolby audio. Change the audio settings on the binge plus STB to stereo and see if the issue is fixed.

Yes Netflix has this error code...while playing some content but some content playing fine on Netflix
