Hello members, I am using tata play binge plus box since two months as I have a CRT tv i purchased this box... And I am using some apps seamlessly like YouTube and Disney plus hotstar
But some apps like zee5 sony live and apple tv showing errors all the time none of content is working and they are the part of my binge plus pack still content is not playing I am attaching the photos of error too.
Netflix account is my personal account I'd which I login in the box and in Netflix few content is playing but all the new content and series showing error (tvq-pb)
I have uninstall the app and reinstall them and clear the cache files too restarting the box many times but this is not working.
I complaint to their coustomer care representative 4 days ago they called me daily and they only told we are working on the issue to get them resolved. It's a 4 day and they can't identify the error
