Does anyone have any experience with what fixed pay term offer is ? I never ask for such but looks like I can't downgrade the package.

If you have taken benefit of smart 10% discount & super smart 20% discount recharge offers, long term recharge offers then you are not allowed to make changes to your pack except upgradin till completion of period..
if you want to upgrade pack you will need to pay extra total sum of that upper pack ..

So I can do the downgrade ones the period ends ? I was never aware that I got such benefits.
