information through missed call
Wef 8th May 2014, all subscribers will be
able to get all the details of their
subscription like subscribed packs, their
price, account balance and due date by
giving a missed call on 08880488804 from
their registered mobile number. Once the
missed call is given from RMN, a response
message will be received which will have all
the details mentioned above. Please note that
this service is free of charge.
This facility continues to be available via SMS
as well. If a subscriber sends pack keyword
as SMS to 56633, the same response message
will be received, having the details
mentioned above. Please note that premium
SMS charges as per the telecom operator
applies in this case.
 
There is a change in the missed call number
for account information. From now all
subscribers will be able to get all the details
of A/c Balance, Due date, MBR & package
information by giving a missed call on 0
88804 88804 from their registered mobile
number. This continues to be a free of
charge service.
The new number to be used with immediate
effect. The earlier missed call number will be
disabled in the next 2 days
