102 No account balance error

I bought the dishtv receiver from India where it is configured for ST-2 satellite. I have taken the receiver with me to Muscat and changed the configuration to SES8 satellite.I was getting few channels initially.Many other channels were shown as not subscribed eventhough I have subscribed them.For last few days error message is coming 102.No Account Balance eventhough I have balance.I have refreshed through mobile app, but nothing happened.Can anyone advise me how to rectify this issue?

You cannot simply change the satellite without getting it configured from the backend itself. Ask Dish TV to activate it on SES-8 which is very unlikely that they would directly do it without scheduling a technician visit.
