I am not able to understand the discussion here, because till 3 months back when I had tried, being hd dvr subscriber I was very well able to move lowest sd pack. Although I did not downgrade, but as per cc he was able to choose lowest sd pack of 220 rs for me. I have been with tata sky, dish tv, adtv and d2h. D8sh tv is the only one I have seen having separate hd pack (adtv also had that policy for few months in between).
