How long does the update take? Its stuck at 96% for the last 10minutes now. Total of 27mins since the update started.

EDIT: 50 mins up, no change still at 96%. 'Updating the CPCB'

Funny enough I called d2h customer care and they asked me to keep this stb on for 3 hours! I asked 3 times and he repeats the same.

Had the dumb thing on for over an hour, decided to turn it off and on, worked like charm. Redownload and update was done in 12 mins. Made 2 CC calls and both gave me the same answer '3 hours needed for update'. I mean wt*? Imagine if you had to stare at the black update screen for 3 hours. As someone who already had one stb f'ed up by an update 2-3 years ago(and the technician convinced my mom to buy a new stb with adp), I had to wait long enough to be sure, before I do the common 'turn it off and on'.

Tl;dr If updates' stuck better turn the stb off and then on. Its a risk though.Update takes about 12mins in total.

But this logo is not transparent like earlier. the bowler over and ball count is not visible now
