Paksat-1R @ 38*East on 100CM Dish (C Band)

i already mentioned where my location is,West Africa precisely Ghana that is where i live and on satbeams site the beam is a bit away from my location its just close to nigeria i mean the beam of the satellite.hoping that may be a fringe beam.can u add more to my explaination.
