Full time channels not still for some states/UTs. The terrestrial feeds are channels aimed at becoming full channels.
I think states like Haryana, Himachal, Sikkim, Uttarakhand, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Sikkim and most NE states are yet to have dedicated satellite channels.
