i think all this is illegal & recently govt sent letters to all channels who are available on platforms which don't have govt license,
I think soon these channels will be removed if abs don't have license.

ithink its not illegal because most are sattalite provide free dth services .like edusat,hotbird etc,dd also this platform.and abs provide Asian area dth .
