NO Mpeg-2 is format & Channels may be Mpeg-2/4 or even HD Channels are in all these formats like Mpeg-2/4 or HD can be seen in C band & Ku band simultaneously

How to create alignment dish

For alignment you have to read forum satellites or Dish setup section to learn how to make setup for various satellites, You can also check my setups for many satellites from 3*East to 108*East ok.
