I would like to take new DTH HD connection .

We watch mainly telugu channels only .

Which DTH operator consists better HD picture quality & sound quality & good recording facility ?

Which DTH operator has less rain interruption ?

Which is best - Airtel HD / Dish TV HD / D2H HD / SUN DTH ?

Price wise all are same,
Quantity & Quality wise Tata Sky but recording feature spend more than 9000
Quantity & Quality wise Airtel recording feature available around 1500
Signal Strength Strong in Dishtv even raining...
 
i am using D2h it has less HD Channels , you can choose tata sky it has highest number of HD channels
 
Tastasky - STB with Recording facility costs Rs.9k rest all its best in industry.

Airtel - New connection at Rs.2000 with recorded feature. Channels PQ & AQ is best of all DTHs but you will miss Gemini Movies HD & Gemini Music HD channels.

Dish-D2H - Dont even think

SunDirect - Another good alternative to Airtel. Channels PQ quality is good but AQ is just average. Maa Movies HD channel missing here.

Note: SunDirect Packs very cheap than other DTHs

Tough to select because of your linear requirement (Only Telugu)
When comes to Telugu 3 options ( TS , SD & Airtel)
Tata sky is Quick in Adding HD channels but no recording option in normal HD box ( recording in PVR HD Box -around 9K)(guessing ETV HD channels also added in TS first)
Airtel not much interested in adding south HD channels (already ETV HD channels & Gemini movies , Gemini music HD channels pending)
Has Recording facility in airtel HD boxes(Very good HD quality)
Sun Direct missing Star Maa Movies HD ( ETV new HD channels not added in any )
Recording facility is there in sun direct HD boxes ( HEVC HD box with good HD picture clarity)

All are good with Dish tv selling at lowest price with recording set top box. Also gives 1 month recharge of top pack with HD channels.

bro his main/only priority is Telugu channels.At least he should get maximum channels in telugu.
How many telugu HD channels there in Dish TV right now?( I think only 3 out of 11)
And how many telugu SD channels there?
