Please explain Airtel’s calculation !!!!!

For one month Rs. 477,
For Six Months Rs. 477 x 6 = 3617 ????
And For 11 Months Rs. 477x 11 = 6632 ????


But the website saying Rs.492 for one month...

I Paid Rs.6632 online yesterday (07/03/2016) and got validity up to 16 April 2017
{ 6632 / (492/30)=404 days.. ie.. up to 16 april 2017…without any "long duration benefit".}

No "long duration recharge" benefit ??????wall

Is the cost of your ARP 5225 or 6632? Check your balance. Even new South Ultra 12 month in web is only Rs.5247 per year. Please check your current balance to see how much was deducted.

Wait for 24 hrs and see if they recalculate the new due date as it could be stuck from before applying ARP

Airtel's website is totally useless.
They never update on time.
Also, you have try several times to get "My Account" to work..
