Is mobile tower affects c band reception..? I am facing problem of droping of signal of my c band dish. Dish is properly tuned upto 80% signal. Even then sometime signal drops by 0%. And so many fluctuatiors of all c band LNB SIGNALS. Pls help

It is only with c band signals.. Ku band is all right.. Moreover fluctuations starts after approximately 10 am morning and lasts 4pm. It happens daily..

Yes WiMax frequencies do affect C-band reception. Mobile towers with GSM frequencies of 1800MHz in India do not affect C-band much. GSM / CDMA mobile towers do not affect much in India. In Dubai, Pakistan or Middle East, this issue is very common.

It is not Affected My Mobile tower Coz 5 Mobile tower Arround 50 meters from my House But No any Affected in C-band Signals,
Other Point Is Mobile Tower Start Always But Your Decreasing C band Signal from 10 Am to 4 Pm, i think this is office time And Effected By some other Device Like Wifi Or Any military Radar Services or airport Devices or other navigational communications. ...
Any Military base came Or IT institute near Your house ?

Dear friend

it is due to mobile tower, in saudia is also same problem

for this purpose i am using the single solution LNB

in which i set my dish on vertical or horizental , and then another polarity when i tune i less 600 number from the frequency and it is working all good

i am using this trick for asiasat3s , insat 4a 83 degree and also pak sat 38 degree east

so if you are facing problem use single solution Lnb and your problem will solve

No dear vikram there is no any technical and physical barrier in the front my dish. Here is totally peaceful area and only one mobile tower.. Yours mention devices and areas does not fall in my residing area. I have checked all my instruments and set up very sincerely. Ku band is running very well with the same set up but c band is harassing.
