I am also facing a similar problem with wild fluctuations in signal strngth and quality on all Horizontal polarity C Band transponders. Vertical polarity and all Ku Band Transponders (H & V) work fine. The signal strength and quality keeps fluctuating from 70% to 0%. I stay in Bangalore. Do you believe the problem is with Wimax interference? Is there any solution to this?
