how I update cc said that 19 is latest download id

No bro, in here technician updated my old SD box with software id-26. And he said if I want recording option he will update it with software id-27. But my box had tuner issues,so I changed my box & the new box have latest download id-32 preinstalled by company...
And bro cc is not aware of these type infos, if you can contact technician directly he will give you details...

I already said that new software is only available through d2h technician. There is no links for download it. The technicians got the software 2 weeks before in an official meeting.

I put a complain on care then nodal officer of my state call me and said that recording is avalible in hd box only you need to upgrade your current stb to hd stb at rs 999 no recording avalible on 1111 n stb

Yes you can also tell them that in Kerala d2h technicians updating the latest download id 26&27.
