If it is added to 'Mandatory Sharing Of Sports Broadcasting Signals' Act, by default it would be only for Terrestrial & DD Free Dish, no matter on what channel.

Republic TV Article doesn't clarify, except the 50:50 revenue sharing model

IPL is not added as a sports of national event so no question of that act
