I have requested for a refund and they replied asking for bank details. No point waiting for RBTV. Jio FTTH is coming to my apartment soon and will try that. Until then continuing with Videocon D2h.

I got a call for installation today and I declined.
I am waiting for Jio Fiber to get started in our community. Until then Videocon D2h. I guess Independent will continue with the same offer, which was given earlier, in case I want to switch later.
I have already made a request for refund and even after a month+ of giving bank account details, refund is not issued.
