Why Tata Sky calling Launching instead of Addition.

I seen many tata sky saying launching instead of addition, other dth saying addition happens.

If it is added in ADTV, Thread title says XYZ added in ADTV
but in case of TS, Thread title mostly says XYZ launching in TS.

but channels launching by broadcaster not by TS
