Are you sure about that? Lots of news channels like Republic Bangla got added on launch day.

Would have been happy to see all the dedicated regional channels and HD channel, but for now, one SD channel is enough. It is as good as 12 channels because of all the audio feeds. The main thing is that viewers should know how to change the feed.

ETV is doing like both Star Sports and Sony Pictures Sports Networks here: both 12 dedicated language channels (like Star Sports) and multiple audio feeds on a single channel (like SPSN).

12 channels are wastage of bandwidth. One HD channel with multiple audio feed is enough. They should just launch HD channel and ask operators to downscale for SD viewers.
