I have doubt in that coz Tamil news media saying They applied for 1 channel with multiple names so that they can get anyone proposed name as channel name

If they are three different channels then Rajani TV may be their flagship gec and Super star TV sub channel and Thalaivar TV suits for a news channel IMO. But three of them won't launch at same time.
As this channel is from RajaniKanth surely many investors(including his fans) will come forward with lots of money.

Rajinikanth has given NOC to trademarks registrar to use his name in the registrant's application. Here the registrant is 'Sudhakar' and as per the letter, there is no mention that he belongs to this Rajini club. The club is not the owner of these trademarks. Thread title is misleading.

In a bid to set up the television channel, Rajinikanth-led Rajini Makkal Mandram party's convenor VM Sudhakaran has initiated the process of registering the trademarks for the same.
Mr Sudhakaran has requested registering of trademarks in the name of 'Superstar TV', 'Rajini TV' and 'Thalaivar TV', all attributing to Rajinikanth. Mr Sudhakaran had submitted an application for the trademark to the commerce ministry on November 9.
