in cas all tamil channel,star movies ,sony pix few pay channel also free.scv only not give star movies in analog during cas period. now a days all mso use cas in analog and digital. But mso ask people to give das amount.

star movies is not free channel in CAS. how you it is free..
SCV alone runs in CAS period (now arasu, no MSO is there in CAS).
is it arasu has separate line for chennai region (only with fta channels), is it STB availabe with arasu? wat people will do if they want to watch any pay channel in that area

In jak star movies ,star world are see in analog till we now.to now price star , zee network go to mediapro.net

Scv ,jak ,arasu have cas license so they telecast analog signal till das to complete.

See TRAI list of FTA channels in CAS area. Star movies is Pay channel and the cost is Rs.5. If Jak and Arasu provides this channel means they are going against the law or they have some understanding with that channel.

I have doubt Arasu really have CAS license.
My understanding is Arasu doesn't have license, and to operate Cable business (as MSO) outside Chennai, there is no need of any license. That's why arasu not able to enter into chennai.

Arasu has been given CAS license during 2008 when DMK government requested the Central Government..

im nt getting chittram,MTV, B4u music channels...but my im getting Set Max may b my LCO giving that channel :sp:sp

Arasu started nearly 1.5 yrs back and if it has license , arasu can easily enter chennai, and pull all LCO's under it.
Then it can put some case in HC to retain their LCO's and stratch that case for long time. (actually CAS is withdrawn by centeral govt. in 2005,but SCV puts case in HC to retain CAS in chennai region alone. (wat a selfish), and blocked chennai ppl from viewing pay channels.
