i have tried just now still the same with the toll free no. same tape come " all lines are busy" so may be either services is down

today evening i am adding 2 channels via calling 18001028080 toll free no......
18001028080 this no is working to me for trying 10-20min......
and on airtel mobile also toll free no says "service is busy"
