Is anyone facing a problem with videocon d2h today?
I rchgd 3 videcon d2h connections today but all 3 did not get activated.
"My Account" is updated on all 3 boxes with the new balance and next rchg date.
but getting error "E16-4".
It is not solved even after refresh.
when i called customer care they say they will process my request and services will resume within 2 hours.
They are not telling what the problem is.
Does anybody know what is happening????
