I went to a nearby recharge shop to do Semi Annual Tamil thalaiva pack 6 months for rs 1145, i asked him specifically to do UPP RECHARGE via Tata Play Msales app, instead he done regular recharge via third party app..
now im helpless even he couldn’t reverse the recharge since he did via third party ec
Any dealers out here can help me activate Semi annual pack from tata play balance , since customer care also informed me they had no option to do that from their side
