Recorded programs play in pc?

I'm able to copy the .str file to my pc, the file consist .ts stream with encryption seems to be. Is there any software that bypass or decrypt the file?

Else, what are the alternate options to record the shows and play in PC. TIA!

It's better to use PC as TV and record the events easily in the format u like.

Not possible with STB recording as it will lead copyright issues.
