Can I record a program while watching another program?

I'm using ADTV HD+ :hd , I'm facing difficulty about the recording a program, I have to tune to the channel to record program. When I tune to to another channel it is asking me to stop the recording. No other option but to stop record.

You are using HD STB or HD DVR? How much you paid to get your STB?

You are using HD+ STB and not HD Recorder in my view

In HD+ you can only record a channel that you are watching currently
In HD Recorder you are able to record 2nd channel while you are watching 1st channel.

You are confused b/w HD+ and HD recorder.
you are using HD + box where it is normal.
please upgrade ur box to HD DVR and ur problem will be solved
