@rahul1117kumar bro Thread title should be changed. Its not only Star plus. Most of the Star SD channels. Star plus, star jalsha, star bharat, star gold most star sd channels have red bug for watch IPL.

What does Red Bug mean? Does it mean that when we are watching any other Star Channels and we press Red button if IPL match is ON, we will be redirected to Star Sports 1?

Will it be SD or HD?

In airtel, it will redirect you to Star sports. Don't know SD or HD. For example if you will press red button on Star Jalsha it will redirect you to Jalsha movies.
