Seeking Help Regarding connecting sony rt 40 ht to videocon hd box

I have d2h hd 2244 rf box. I want to connect this box to my sony rt 40 home theater. My tv is 32 inch old model lg tv with only rca pins and hdmi port....So how to get digital sound effect by connecting my d2h box with sony rt 40 home theater system. Tatasky box has optical port but in d2h box there is no optical fibre port....someone plz help me

By HDMI splitter one HDMI to 2hdmi connect one HDMI to d2h and remaining onet tv one to sony.
