Seeking Help Regarding refund

Hi guys
Airtel has deducted some extra amount of balance from my account irrespective to my DBR. Thus, I called their cc but those guys were very rude and inspite my given explanation they just refused to refund my balance.
So I wanna know their Twitter Id and how to tweet them. I hope they can solve my problem asap!

Airtel does not have a dedicated twitter handle for DTH. Tweet to @airtelindia and they will respond to u. Also tag @Airtel_Presence
