ANN is owned by Jupiter Entertainment Ventures which is owned by Rajeev Chandrashekhar.
He was also investor in Republic tv, then he diluted his shares and now he is a minority investor.

So maybe ARG Outlier Asianet News Network would be just for name sake but originally it was ARG Outlier only.
