But Rajeev owned Asianet News channels media company recently Rebrands to Asianxt Digital Technologies.

Yes bro, in Kerala Asianet name won't be changed just my speculation and it SHOULDN'T be. People are having lot of sentiments attached to that time.
It's like Sun tv in Tamilnadu.
In villages,still people won't ask cable is working instead Sun tv theriyutha ( is Sun tv working) .

Same is the case with Asianet just like Sun Tv. Nobody asks to turn on the tv, instead it is put on Asianet. It is just a default thing now to first check Asianet and then move on to others. And Reliance cannot suddenly change Asianet logo.

Currently all the GEC's of Viacom18 other than Colors & Colors Kannada are underperforming. So chances of new channels. Shutdown of Colors Tamil is possible.

we are already aware that these channel are struggling . so be ril or any other business , dont want low base and non profitable product/service to continue.
if i remember correctly Colors marathi ,kannada and gujrati are not channel from colors they were ETV products.

ETV is a legacy brand in Telugu lands. They haven't killed it there.

Similarly, Asianet is a legacy brand in Kerala. They won't kill it here.
